Strong Girl Social began as a community-first space founded by our own ‘strong girl’ Olivia Yeneka to help women and gender-diverse people first move their bodies, explore new workouts, and meet each other without pressure or judgment. What began as pop-up sessions filled with warmth, rhythm, conversation, and collaboration. It quickly became known for its energy, emotional strength, creative workouts, and a sense of belonging that felt rare in fitness.
